To use OPRA, you must accept OPRA’s Terms of Service.

1. Welcome to OPRA

  1. OPRA is a non-profit, closed community benefit program for military personnel, first responders, rescue services and veterans. The program collaborates with leading businesses to strengthen recognition of those who take significant personal risks to protect society and their fellow citizens.   2. OPRA is developed by OPRA AS, an organization registered in the Norwegian Register of Non-Profit Organizations, an official government-administered register, under organization number 825 901 302 VAT. For any inquiries regarding the terms, please contact OPRA through the contact page.
  3. While OPRA is designed for ease of use, members are encouraged to review the terms of use carefully. These terms define and protect your rights as a member and outline the mutual expectations between you and OPRA.

2. Accepting the Terms of Service

  1. By accessing OPRA or using this website and/or app, you agree to these terms, which constitute an agreement between you and OPRA AS. The Terms of Service and Privacy Policy are always available at the bottom of the website and under the profile tab in the app.

3. Free access

  1. Accepted members use the service free of charge. There are no hidden fees or payment requirements.
  2. Access to OPRA requires current or prior service in a qualified group.

4. Terms of Use

  1. The agreements are offered to you as an individual and must not be used in connection with official duties.
  2. The agreements must not be shared with individuals outside the program. Purchasing on behalf of close family members is permitted.
  3. Please respect that the agreements and collaborations through OPRA are a gesture of gratitude toward those who serve.
  4. OPRA assumes no legal responsibility for the relationship between members and the businesses supporting OPRA.
  5. OPRA disclaims all financial and legal liability arising from the use of its services.

5. Rules and regulations

  1. OPRA has members serving in various countries. The team does not have the capacity to monitor the applicable legislation for individual members in different jurisdictions.
    Approved members are personally responsible for complying with the laws and regulations of the country they are in, including any employer guidelines, at all times.
  2. OPRA is operated in the spare time of private individuals with an operational background and is intended for private individuals with the same background.
  3. No member of the OPRA team receives any benefits other than those negotiated for the community.
  4. No member of the OPRA team holds purchasing authority or influence in relation to their employer's procurement decisions.

6. Membership Cancellation

  1. You can cancel your access to OPRA at any time. Membership cancellation can be completed on the profile page.
  2. Upon cancellation, you will no longer have access to discount codes, campaigns or other negotiated agreements available through your OPRA membership.

7. Violation of terms

  1. Any violation of these terms may result in a permanent ban from access.
